Positive: The location was great - green and leafy but reasonably close to Cheadle where our daughter is living. The apartment was bright and comfortable. Ample towels.

Negative: The bathroom sink did not seal. It was also a bit small, so splashed a lot. The automatic air freshener was noisy in operation. More detailed instructions for recycling would have been helpful. The sofa was a bit low if you're getting on in years (like us!)

Summary: Quiet, convenient and comfortable.

Positive: Beautifully furnished although bed seemed small - great location , clean

Negative: Unfortunately we were only there for 24 hours and we couldn’t get the heating to work so not warm and no hot water . We were out until midnight so too late to complain but messaged next day - owner very empathetic and said we should have rung but we didn’t want to disturb at midnight - maybe a good idea to put on heating before customer arrives

Positive: Location was in a quiet part of a residental area. Very close to a nice park with a lovely cafe. Though it was part of the main house it was completely self contained and we had our own access. There was the occasional noise from the room above but it wasn't especially intrusive. Good levels of quality equipment in the kitchen. Though the bed, living and dining area were all in one it didn't feel cramped at all. Nice view onto the garden.

Negative: Not really a negative, just an observation on the description of the parking. We were slightly confused as to whether there was any parking on site. Once we read the full details properly (sorry) we thought the parking was only for people who have a blue badge. We don't have one, but the owners were kind enough to let us park on site after all.
